When it comes to choosing a hammock, there are numerous options. Many things need to be considered such as who will use the hammock. Where you will put the hammock. Will it be undercover or exposed to the elements? These questions will determine the style and material of hammock you need to consider before you purchase.

First is style. The most popular hammock is a rope hammock. The rope hammock allows for free air flow and is very durable. Most rope hammocks are made of some type of synthetic rope that is designed to handle the elements. Rope hammocks are also very affordable.

Mayan Hammocks – Setting the Trend of Style and Comfort for Over 3000 Years
